Envision New Castle, a Community Visioning Outreach Program, is a targeted initiative designed to gather feedback from our broad community regarding future use visions for town owned parcels of land surrounding the Chappaqua Train Station.

We want to hear from you, whether you've lived here for generations or are new to our beautiful town, gathering your perspectives are essential in defining the future of the train station area. Sharing your thoughts will help envision the fabric of the Town's built environment which best serves current and future New Castle residents.

How can you get involved and share your vision for the town land in downtown Chappaqua?

We’re on a mission to empower the New Castle community through inclusive collaboration to shape Chappaqua's town land, fostering vibrancy and implementing collective resident- driven priorities.

  • Envision New Castle is the next step in furthering the goals set forth in the Town’s Comprehensive Plan, the policy-based land use document that serves as a framework for the future of the Town at-large.

    Envision New Castle is area-specific and focuses solely on gathering community input for potential uses within the 23-acres of Town-owned land adjacent to the Chappaqua Train Station. This input will help the Town as they make future decisions specific to this area.
